As an Senior Account Executive with Ardent Solutions, Jeff specializes in working with mid-market companies to improve and fine-tune their employee benefit offerings. He is involved in all aspects of negotiations, plan architecture, contribution strategy, carrier selection, employee communication, and ongoing support. He listens to his clients and their goals before making recommendations to create a tailored solution for each client. Jeff enjoys problem-solving and providing new strategies to companies that can improve their plan for the company and its employees.

His clients appreciate his high attention to detail and responsiveness to issues or questions that arise. Jeff’s creative and progressive ideas have helped many companies save a significant amount of money while maintaining a rich benefit offering.

<strong>Past Experience</strong>

Jeff joined the Ardent Solutions team in 2009. Prior to his Senior Account Executive position, Jeff began his career as an Account Administer where he assisted clients with day to day service issues, enrollment meetings, employee communications, quarterly monitoring and the RFP process. Prior to working with The Noble Group, Jeff was a Manager at Taste of Texas Restaurant in Houston, Texas for five years.

Jeff is a native Houstonian growing up in Katy, Texas and a graduate of the University of Houston with a BBA in Management. Jeff and his wife Katie live in Houston with their two boys, Baker (3) and Benjamin (1 ½ ).
