Easily enter new hires, status changes and terminations from your administrator home page. When you add an employee change to the system, Alera transmits the change with all applicable carriers via an ANSI 834 HIPAA secure file feed to ensure that employees have the proper coverage.

Overview and Discovery
The AleraEdge Team will get on a call with your Human Resource Department to discuss what your specific needs are when it comes to technology. Our experienced team will then give a demonstration of the system that best fits your needs.

The AleraEdge Worksmart Team will establish ongoing onboarding calls with your Human Resource Department to get the details needed to start the build. During this discovery phase, AleraEdge will map out the timeline and go over the process with you.

Build and Testing
Once AleraEdge has all the details, they will begin the build. Once all the data is in the system, testing will begin. The team will give a preview of the portal from the employee point of view and then provide training for your Human Resource Department.

Go Live
After the portal has been approved, the system will be open for your employees! AleraEdge will provide material for your employees on how to access and use the system.
