Aida Gonzalez Roberts
Aida Gonzalez has 20 years of experience working in the Employee Benefits industry and is known for her high customer service standards. Clients appreciate her attention to detail and the compassion she shows while assisting employees through every day service issues.
As an integral part of The Noble Group service team, Aida is instrumental in assisting clients with implementation and open enrollment, employee communications, vendor performance, compliance, ongoing benefit maintenance and service issues. Aida also assists with special projects as needed from clients.
Past Experience
Prior to joining The Noble Group, Aida began her career working with John Alden Insurance Company as an Account Manager assisting clients with daily service issues. Aida transitioned to the brokerage side of the industry in 2000 and was an account manager with HUBB International and Alliant Insurance Services, both of which are two of the largest brokerage firms in the United States.
Aida is an active member of New Life Church in Houston, TX and has been a mentor and youth leader for over 12 years. She enjoys supporting international ministries that aid needy children, volunteering in her community, movies and spending time with her family. Aida has a 16 year old son and is engaged to be married.
