Francesca Joe
As an Account Executive in Select Accounts, Francesca oversees the service model for mid-size Ardent Solutions clients. With prior experience in the health insurance industry, she excels at client management and embraces a service-centric, proactive client service model. Francesca is a dedicated member of the Ardent Solutions team and is active in claims trend analytics, renewal marketing and implementation, employee communication and campaigns, and ongoing employer and employee service support.
Past Experience
Francesca joined Ardent Solution in the Fall of 2015. Francesca’s current role involves focusing on client relationships, retention, and account service deliverables. Her commitment to exceptional customer service, and her success in client and carrier relationships, makes her a wonderful addition to the Ardent Solutions team.
Prior to joining Ardent Solutions, Francesca spent 3 years working at Cigna, a large international insurance firm, and worked in the Select segment which handles clients ranging from 20-250 lives with a focus on small group self-funding.
Francesca is a proud Houstonian who loves to eat and loves traveling the world. She lives in Sugar Land.
