The AleraEdge suite of services was created by Relph Benefit Advisors (RBA), who since 1965 has provided innovative benefit plan designs, employee education, plan analytics, risk management, and administrative solutions:
- In 1987 RBA created Flexible Benefit Systems, Inc., one of the first Third-party Administrators in New York State.
- In 2001 RBA offered benefit administration services to relieve clients of the burdensome transactional components of benefits administration. The service evolved to include compliance support services, and COBRA administration.
- In 2016 Relph Benefit Advisors became a founding partner in the Alera Group.
